For dinner we cook a hearty and nutritious 3 course meal accompanied by different carefully selected superior wines each night

Smoked Salmon Quiche with Sour Cream and Chives

French Country Pate with Homemade Onion Marmalade

Carrot and Corriander Soup

Wild Mushroom and Truffle Risotto

Smoked Duck , Walnut and Goats Cheese Salad

 

Main Courses

Confit de Canard with Seville Orange and Port Sauce served on Boulangerie Potatoes

Mediterranean Beef Daube

Roast Leg of Lamb, Mint and Cassis Sauce, Roast Potatoes

Traditional French Gammon with Creamy Mustard Sauce served with Fluffy Mash

Mild and Creamy Sri Lankan Fruit Fish Curry and Basmati Rice

Savoyard Tartiflette and Salads

To accompany your meal, a selection of potatoes and vegetables including :

Dauphinoise Potatoes, Mustard and Leek Mash with a Crispy Cheese topping

Cauliflower Cheese, Swiss Chard with Olives in a Herb Sauce

and always plenty of fresh steamed vegetables every night

 

Deserts

Chocolate Mousse with Baileys

Sticky Date and Ginger Pudding

Scottish Apple Crumble with Oats and Whisky Custard

Semi-Frozen Fruits of the Forest with Hot White Chocolate Sauce

Banana Tarte Tatin and Cream

Chocolate Bread and Butter Pudding

Breakfast is a mix of cooked and continental style including homemade porridge

After your skiing in the afternoon there is tea and coffee with homemade cakes and French bread and jam, marmite etc laid out ready for you to tuck into
