By Air to Geneva, Lyon, Chambery or Grenoble then car hire, public bus or private mini bus transfer to Chalet Juba. Many good deals on low cost airlines especially if you book early.

Self drive via ferries or Channel Tunnel. We have plenty of parking space beside the chalet. Remember to consider if you need chains depending on the time of year, your type of car and tyres.

By Train/Eurostar to Moutiers then less than 30 mins. transfer by taxi, public bus or private mini bus. Our guests tend to prefer the day train to the night train as the night train no longer has couchettes and arrives very early and departs very late.

:: Ski Passes ::

Ski Passes are easily and quickly purchased at the La Tania Gondola station minutes before you go skiing. Alternatively pre-buy them (or re-charge last years pass) on line at www.s3V.com and have them posted to your home address - much the easiest and quickest way! You can also opt to pick them up from the La Tania Tourist Office.

 

:: Equipement Rental and Purchase ::

We recommend Ski Higher (Sport 2000) in La Tania. Chalet Juba / Nick Ski guests get 20% discount on rental and 10% discount on retail in the shop. Bruno and his helpful team will advise on boots, skis and snowboards. They are also experts in boot-fitting and sell a wide range of ski and board clothing. The shop is the first one you come to at the bottom of the public lift under the Grand Bois building in the centre of the village and thus only a few minutes from Chalet Juba. If you are a group arriving together they do a chalet delivery service, equipement fitted and delivered to chalet and collected at the end of the week, freindly English speaking technicians. This must be pre-booked using the link above.

If you are a beginner and unable to ski in/out of the chalet they offer a "locker service" and you can leave you shoes there during the day and boots (in driers) and skis there overnight for a few Euros.
